Ukusan rashlađujući desert sa malinama u četiri koraka

Potrebno je:
4 jaja
1 šolja šećera
1 štapić vanile
250 ml neutralne pavlake
250 ml kisele pavlake
150 g karamelizovanog badema
300 g malina (polusmrznutih)
Priprema
U uski kalup od 2 litre stavite papir za pečenje.
Iseckajte bademe ili ih stavite u kesicu i izmrvite oklagijom. Maline izgnječite viljuškom.
Oštrim nožem isecite štapić vanile po dužini, otvorite je i ostružite semenke.
Uzmite veliku staklenu činiju i u nju naspite jaja, šećer i vanilu. Činiju stavite iznad ključajuće posude sa vodom ali pazite da činija ne dotiče vodu. Zatim mutite sastojke mikserom sve dok masa ne postane gusta - kada izvadite mešalice masa ne bi smela da se pomera.
Neutralnu pavlaku umutite dobro mikserom, a kiselu pavlaku viljuškom. Lagano dodajte maline u smesu sa jajima, zatim dodajte umućenu kiselu pavlaku, a potom i neutralnu pavlaku.
Polovinu smese izlijte u kalup, pospite bademima i zatim dodajte drugu polovinu smese.
Dobro umotajte smesu sa preostalim papirom za pečenje (koji viri iz kalupa) i stavite u zamrzivač na šest do osam sati.
